Q: How do I change an already existing reservation?

Log in to the website, call us or send us an email on our given contacts, mention our modification along with your order number, the rest will be managed by us.

Q: How do I search for a room with specific facilities?

There’s a description for each room on our website. You can look through the description to check whether the room provides a certain facility or not.

Q: What is the difference between a twin suite and a double suite?

A twin suite has two single beds whereas a double suite has one double bed.

Q: Can we get an extra bed in the room?

One extra mattress is available for one child at minor additional charges. This would compensate more people for you.

Rates mentioned on the website are per room per stay. The hotel is liable to state where this method is ineffective.

Q: What if I arrive late than my check-in reservation?

Your room will be on hold if you have paid the charges of your room. Otherwise, your room will be kept on hold for an hour of your check-in time after that the hotel is liable to reserve it for another party.

Q: The room charges cover room service and breakfast?

Once you go to the details of the room in the description given, you can see if the charges are inclusive of room service and breakfast. It varies from one room to another.

Q: Can I pay for my room in advance?

Yes, you can pay for your room in advance. There can be a change in payment upon check-out. These changes depend upon the additional services that you avail.

Q: How can I know my reservation is confirmed?

Upon the confirmation of your reservation, the hotel will send you a confirmation text and email on the provided cell phone number and email respectively. The email and text will contain an order number, for later uses.

Q: How many rooms can be booked under a single name?

A maximum of ten rooms can be booked at once, under one name. If someone wishes to book more rooms than that, it won’t be possible.
